Clinic Information Avon Physical Therapy is located in the Avon Professional center, adjacent to the TOPS plaza. Avon Physical Therapy has over 2,000 square feet with private treatment rooms and a wide variety of cardio & strength training equipment. Every patient will receive a one on one initial consultation in which we will spend 45-60 minutes evaluating your symptoms, starting a plan of treatment, and designing a home exercise program to get you started. We offer early morning and late evening hours to be convenient for your schedule. Please call to set up your appointment today. |

Meet our Staff Jon Gerenski, DPT Co-Clinical Director | Jon Gerenski graduated from Elon University in 2004 with his Masters Degree in Physical Therapy and went onto earn his Doctorate from Elon in 2005. Before joining the Lattimore team Jon worked in a private orthopedic practice in Rochester for the past four 1/2 years. He has training in Mckenzie evaluation and treatment for spinal disorders. Outside of work Jon enjoys watching and participating in sports and spending time with his wife Leah and their sons Andrew & Michael. | Leslie Summers, PTA Co-Clinical Director Marketing Director of Lattimore | Leslie Summers graduated from the Physical Therapist Assistant program at GCC in 2001. She has worked for Lattimore for the last 7 years. She is responsible for co-managing the Avon clinic as well as being the Marketing Director for the Livingston County Lattimore group. She enjoys spending time at local schools districts/colleges speaking to students an behalf of Physical Therapy. She has taken many continuing education courses of Spine treatment, sports orthopedics, and hand/wrist injuries. She lives in Livonia with her husband Dan and their son Max. | Paula Ludwig Billing Department/Office Manager | Paula has been with the Lattimore Physical Therapy Network since 1997. Paula is the office manager for Avon, Dansville, and Geneseo clinics. She manages accounts receivable, collections, insurance company disputes, and contracts for these clinics. Paula & her husband Pat live in Livonia and she has 2 grown children. | Tara Fasso Front Desk Administrative Assistant | Tara has worked for Lattimore for 10 years. She is responsible for all the front desk operations at Avon Physical Therapy office. She currently resides in Livonia with her husband and 2 boys. |
