Clinical Information
Fairport Physical Therapy, the newest of the Lattimore clinics opened in October of 2011 and is located at the intersection of Routes 250 & 31 in the Perinton Hills Shopping Center. We are conveniently located for the residents of Fairport/Perinton community as well the populations of Pittsford, Penfield, & Victor. Our 2,400 square foot facility is made up of both private treatment rooms and open gym space. It also offers a variety of aerobic equipment & strength training machines to maximize patient success.
During the first patient visit, a thorough and comprehensive evaluation will be performed and a personalized plan of care will be implemented. A combination of therapeutic exercise and manual techniques will be incorporated into each patient's program in conjunction with any necessary modalities, with focus placed on individual care.
