Clinical Information

Lattimore of Irondequoit Physical Therapy opened in March of 2010.  We are conveniently located off Route 104 on Portland Avenue,  next to Rochester General Hospital in the Northside Professional Center, Suite 10.  Our newly renovated office has 3 private treatment rooms.  An expansive gym houses treatment tables, treadmill, a SciFit lower extremity and upper extremity ergometer, Schwinn aerodyne bike,  Quantum Fitness multi-system cable column, Quantum leg extension/leg press, stability balls, free weights, ankle weights, pulleys, steps, bosu ball, and resistance bands.  The therapists at Lattimore of Irondequoit specialize in treating all orthopedic conditions including but not limited to pre/post surgical, joint replacements, acute & chronic low back pain, arthritis, balance & gait deficiencies, lower extremity weakness, shoulder pain, tendonitis, bursitis, 
rotator cuff problems, ankle sprains, post fractures, wrist, hand, and elbow conditions.  Every patient will receive an one on one initial consultation in which we will spend 45-60 minutes evaluating your symptoms, draw up a plan of treatment, and design a home exercise program for you to get started.  We have early morning and late evening appointments available for your convenience.  Please call and schedule your appointment today.

Lindsey Yu, DPT, PT, LMT
Clinical Director

Lindsey Schneider-Yu graduated from the University of Buffalo with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy.  She currently treats patients with a variety Orthopedic conditions and specializes in deep tissue massage and Myofacial Release work.  Lindsey is also a licensed Massage Therapist and is a certified personal trainer.  
 Janelle Brabant, PT, DPT
Staff Physical Therapist


Janelle graduated from the University of Buffalo in 2002 with her bachelors degree in Physical Therapy and went on to earn her Doctorate from Daemen College in 2005.  She has over 9 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy and enjoys educating patients on tools they can use to return to their daily activities.
