Clinic Information Hours of Operation
Lattimore of Geneseo was the first Livingston County clinic was opened Monday 6am to 7pm
on Main Street Geneseo in 1996. It has since moved from that location Tuesday 6:30am to 7pm
to 4577 Morgan View Road just up from the ALDI and Sears plaza. The Wednesday 6am to 7pm
facility encompasses nearly 4,000 square feet of gym space and private Thursday 6:30am to 7pm
treatment rooms. The gym houses a full circuit Cybex/Hoist training Friday 6am to 6:00pm
equipment, free weights and bench, and a wide variety of aerobic Saturday 8am to 1pm
equipment including: Treadmills, Elliptical trainers,stationary bicycles, (Fitness hours only)
and row machine and StairMaster. Adjacent to the gym area are two Sunday Closed
private treatment rooms. Each client will receive a thorough
confidential evaluation from an experienced physical therapist.
The evaluation begins with a complete history of the problem and related
functional deficits. Evaluation may include Range of Motion analysis,
Manual Muscle Testing, special orthopedic or neurological tests, gait
analysis, or McKenzie Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy of the Spine.
Once a physical therapy diagnosis is made, a personalized Plan of Care
is formulated and set in motion. Clients will receive a written home
exercise program with detailed follow up instructions. Our therapists
utilize a wide variety of manual skills, patient education, therapeutic
exercise, and healing modalities such as ultrasound or electrical
stimulation.

Ken Perelli, MSPT
Clinical Director, Physical Therapist of Lattimore of Geneseo Physical Therapy

Ken earned his Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and his Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Nazareth College of Rochester in 2001. Ken was a physical therapy provider in Phoenix/Scottsdale, AZ for 7 years before returning to Rochester, New York in 2008. His professional experience includes the treatment of a variety of non-operative and operative orthopedic conditions for an extended athletic population, from youth to elderly, from amateur athletes to professional (PGA, LPGA, MLB, NFL, NHL, IRL).
Ken currently practices with a functional approach to assessment and rehabilitation using a combination of modalities, manual therapy and progressive resistive exercise in the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders. He addresses each patient individually,developing a treatment plan designed to attack the cause of symptoms and provide long term relief.
Ken specializes in the bio mechanical evaluation of the foot and ankle. He has additional training in the Mulligan approach and muscle Energy manual therapy techniques as well as functional strength and conditioning programs for athletes of any level and any sport. He serves as a clinical instructor for physical therapy students and welcomes shadowing observations by high school students interested in the pursuing careers in the field of physical therapy. Ken was a collegiate soccer and lacrosse player, and currently enjoys snow sports, playing golf, recreational soccer and lacrosse.
Mario Melidona, PT
Co-owner and Staff Physical Therapist of Lattimore of Geneseo Physical Therapy

Mario is a graduate of SUNY Buffalo where he double majored in Physical Therapy and Exercise Science, receiving a Bachelors degree. He has 18 years experience as a physical therapist in orthopedics. His credentials include McKenzie Certification for treatment of spinal disorders, as well as being a certified personal trainer.
After graduation, he worked in Buffalo in a sports medicine clinic and then went to The Netherlands for post graduate studies in manual therapy where he refined his skills as a manual therapist. After coming back to the US, he worked in Texas as a supervisor of an outpatient clinic where he treated athletes and other orthopedic patients. Upon returning to the Rochester area, he and his associates opened Lattimore of Geneseo Physical Therapy in 1994. Over the past 5 years they have added two new clinics in Avon and Dansville.
Mario and his wife, Michel, who is also a physical therapist have four children, Taylor, Samuel, Quinn and Luke. They currently have residence in Monroe County.
Courtney Marquart, PT
Staff Physical Therapist of Lattimore Physical Therapy
Courtney graduated with her Bachelors of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from Daemen College in 2001. She has been practicing in an orthopedic outpatient setting for 10 years. She has received further training in Myofacial Release Techniques, and Vestibular Rehab. She also has a special interest in treating Pediatrics, and Cervical Spine injuries. She currently resides in Warsaw with her husband Alex and the newest addition to her family baby Alexander...

Staff Physical Therapist of Lattimore of Geneseo Physical Therapy
Johanna is one of the newest members to the Livingston County Lattimore family. She graduated from Nazareth College and looks forward to expanding her orthopedic skills
treating patients with the knowledgeable team at the Geneseo location. She also is proud
to be a Professor in the Physical Therapy department at Nazareth College.
