Clinical Information
 
Lattimore Physical Therapy on Elmwood Ave is designed to provide the patient with optimal care in a comfortable, fun environment.  The gym is comprised of Cybex equipment, which could be used to strengthen virtually any muscle group.  Additionally there is an aerobic conditioning area in the gym, including bikes, ellipitical trainers, stair masters, & treadmills.  The facility's capabilities in conjunction with an extensive therapy staff, provide the patient an opportunity for a unique, comprehensive rehabilitation process.  
 
Lattimore's sophisticated facility allows the clinic to treat a wide array of diagnoses.  These include orthopedic/sports injuries, work related injuries, post surgical patients, neurological conditions, & chronic pain.  After the patient has received a thorough evaluation & rehabilitation program , they will be discharged to an independent home exercise program or can choose to utilize Lattimore's Extended Strength Program.  This option allows the patient to continue with their rehabilitation at Lattimore’s facility, without having to pay a co-pay each visit. The patient is required to pay a monthly fee which enables them to have access to all of the facility’s equipment. In addition, when needed, the patient can continue to be passively stretched by their therapist.

Meet our Staff
Charity Pembroke, MSPT
Clinical Director 
Charity Pembroke graduated from Ithaca College in 2003 with a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy.  Before coming to Lattimore Physical Therapy in 2005 and has since practiced in the outpatient orthopedic setting.
She takes special interest in low back pain and has taken several courses related to the evaluation and treatment of low back pain using the Mckenzie theory.  She resides in Rochester with her husband and two sons.
Donna St. Louis, PT, DPT, OCH
Staff Physical Therapist
Donna graduated with a Bachelors degree in PT from the University of Lowell in 1990 and with a Doctoral degree in PT from Daemen College in 2008.  She is a board certified orthopedic specialist since 1999.  She specializes in shoulder, knee, spine injuries, post surgical, and sports rehabilitation.  She is also a sports fan both watching and participating.
