Pittsford Mendon Physical Therapy and Sports Rehabilitation Monday 9:00am to 6:00pm
is a 2400 square foot facility located at 20 Assembly Drive, Tuesday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
Suite #10 Mendon, New York. We have been a member of Wednesday 9:00am to 6:00 pm
the Mendon community since 1998. Our expertise is in the area Thursday 9:00am to 6:00pm
of sports and orthopedic injuries. We also see patients with work Friday 7:00am to 3:00pm
related injuries, neck and back injuries, Pre and Post surgical Saturday Closed
rehabilitation, balance and gait disorders,neurological conditions, Sunday Closed
arthritis and joint pain, fibromyalgia and chronic pain conditions.
We are able to accommodate those individuals who work or go to
school by offering flexible appointment times, including early morning
and evening hours. Most initial evaluations can be scheduled within
a 24 hour period. In addition to pain management, manual therapy
(joint mobilizations, manipulations) and individualized exercise
instruction/coaching, we provide education on injuries and
prevention, proper lifting techniques, and an extended strength
program*.

Meet Our Staff
Dustin Maracle, PT, DPT, MS, CSCS
Clinical Director, & Physical Therapist of Pittsford Mendon Physical Therapy
Dustin Maracle graduated from the University of Buffalo with a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy in 2009, where he received the universities Arthur A. Schomberg Fellowship and Student All-Around Ability Award for his clinical and research work. Dustin also has his Master's in Exercise and Nutrition Science from the University at Buffalo, and has been a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA since 2005. Dustin has worked in the outpatient setting since graduation, and is currently working towards becoming a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT) through the Maitland Institute.
John Shuman, MSPT, ATC
Physical Therapist, Co-owner of Lattimore Physical Therapy & Sports Rehabilitation Network
John Shuman is a Physical Therapist and owner of the Lattimore Physical Therapy Group. He is a graduate of the University of Buffalo and has been practicing Physical Therapy in the Outpatient setting since 1990. John has been a certified athletic trainer since 1986. Originally from the Pocono Mountains in Pennsylvania, he now resides in Pittsford with his wife, Cindy, and their two children. Interests include boating, golfing, fishing and being a “Sports Dad".
Lisa Hoover
Office Manager of Lattimore Physical Therapy Network
Lisa has been with the Lattimore Physical Therapy Network since 2003. Lisa is the
office manager for Pittsford Mendon, Honeoye Falls, Rush Henrietta and Webster clinics.
She manages the accounts receivables, collections, insurance company disputes and
contracts for these clinics. Lisa and her husband, Craig live in Canandaigua and during
their free time they both enjoy photography and traveling.
Lynette Kolb
Front Desk Administrative Assistant for Pittsford Mendon Physical Therapy
Lynette joined the Lattimore of Mendon Physical Therapy this year. She has extensivemedical office experience having worked in the medical field for the past 6 years. Prior to
that she worked in the Special Education field. She currently resides in Fairport with her
2 kids and is glad to be part of the Lattimore Family.
