Fall In Love With These Apple Recipes

You’ve probably heard the phrase “an apple a day keeps the doctor away” but did you know eating apples are not only delicious but can also improve your overall health? That’s right, not only are apples rich in nutrients and Vitamin C, they have many benefits many benefits for your teeth and gums.

Apples are known as nature’s toothbrush. Eating apples can aid in cleansing and brightening your teeth. The fiber in the fruit rinses away food and bacteria in your mouth and can tide you over until you brush your teeth.

Apples can also help with weight loss. They are high in fiber which makes you feel fuller faster. To get the most nutritional benefits, eat the apple with the skin on.

With over 24 varieties of apples grown in upstate New York, there is no excuse not to eat an apple. We are excited to share these apple-inspired breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner recipes with you:
